Know someone that could use our help? If you recommend LOUPE to a friend and we are able to provide them with a mortgage, we will send you a £100 gift voucher as a thank you! Check out the T&C below on how you can make the referral.
Refer a Friend
Our Terms and Conditions
1. Check that your friend is happy to hear from LOUPE Financial before you refer them.
2. Input and submit the person you wish to refers Name, Contact Number & Email in the notes section of our Contact Us form on the LOUPE website
3. All referrals must be made prior to application submission and the friend must confirm that they know the referrer in order for the referral to be valid.
4. Rewards will be issued once the Friend’s mortgage has completed. We aim to send out rewards the month following approximately 30 days post completion.
5. A minimum mortgage amount of £200,000 is required to qualify for a reward.
6. You do not need to be a LOUPE Financial client to make a referral.
7. You cannot recommend yourself or anyone else on your mortgage application.
8. LOUPE Financial employees or their family are not eligible for the referral scheme.
9. The referrer is responsible for providing their details correctly. Incorrect information can result in no reward being issued.
10. The standard referral reward is £100 gift card or voucher to the referrer.
11. Referral rewards are variable. LOUPE Financial reserves the right to withdraw or change the referral promotion at any time, with or without notice.
12. We reserve the right to reject referrals at any time and we’ll withhold rewards if we suspect fraudulent activity.
13. This offer is not applicable when the Friend has been / is an existing client of LOUPE Financial.
14. You may benefit from a maximum of one reward per referral.
15. LOUPE Financial is not obligated to provide updates to the person who made the referral.
16. In cases where a friend is referred by more than one person, the first person to have made the referral first will receive the reward.
17. All decisions made by LOUPE Financial are final.
