As a general rule of thumb most lenders will allow you to borrow x4.5 your annual salary however we have access to lenders that can consider up to x5.5 your salary.

When should I start my remortgage?

It’s a good idea to contact us when you have 6 months left remaining before your current interest rate expires. This gives us plenty of time to consider your options.
